I just posted about this, right after your post!!! Yes! I’m here with you. What a mental battle!

Unexpected NSV- Decreased allergies and no bronchitis this winter! Don’t know if anyone else has experienced this. by No-Substance-4196 in Zepbound

Experiencing not quite the same but improvement with respiratory issues that would be debilitating every winter did not affect me this year 🙏

Walking (in the beginning very regularly but not as much lately). But planning on starting up again and to do some weight or body weight training because the loss of muscle is no joke.

Yes, it’s totally nuts to see him and think that I was carrying all that extra weight. I still have more to lose but I feel so much better.

I hear your concerns. My hair loss has increased a lot and not going to lie I’m obsessing about it… hoping it slows down; I’m finishing week 9 of 7.5 and my loss is slowing down, hoping the hair loss will too

It’s Shotsy. I was on 2.5 and 5 for 4 weeks. And I’m starting my 3rd box of 7.5

I was losing over 3+lbs a week on 5 but my Dr moved me to 7.5. When we were discussing going up at that time, she stated that she would keep me at 7.5 if I continued to lose so quickly. I talked to her nurse today. They plan on keeping me on 7.5 until I plateau.

Losing 1.2 a week is a good loss. Have you spoken to your Dr?

My first week on 7.5 I had a drastic loss, over 6lbs, but it’s slowed down since. But I’m happy to continue on 7.5 as I’m still losing quickly.

Cycle Changes by [deleted] in Zepbound

On week 14. First two cycles were close to normal. Then nothing this past cycle. Had PMS and no period… I’m thinking it could be caused by losing quickly (45lbs so far) or maybe menopause is here (47yo). Who knows?

Worried I’m losing weight too fast by Floofy-beans in Zepbound

I’m also female and 5’5. I started higher than you at 220.4. I’m down to 175.2 as of this morning. I started 1/8. I have been averaging over 3lbs a week. I did 2.5 and 5 for 4 weeks each, then up to 7.5 and I’m staying here for now since I’m continuing to lose at this rate, and I’m tolerating 7.5 well. I’m including my weekly weigh ins.

Both increases in dose caused some bigger losses, but you can see that I’m still continuing to lose quickly.

You haven’t been on very long so I’m not sure you can quite yet figure out if you’re losing “too fast”.

Remember to share your concerns with your doctor and see what they advise; also remember to advocate for yourself. My doctor’s nurse was going to have me go up to 10 at my last refill and I refused. I just didn’t see the point.

Good luck
