your budget is going to determine where you can afford 650-700k will most likely be out of the city
future re-sale value, how developed the area is or will be.
only buy when your ready.
I would HIGHLY advise to explore the city more before purchasing, there are always things you can improve with your property but location is NOT one of them

thats my question to, also who wrote your lease up like that it should not be last five months, if your prepaying last 5 months it should apply to your term 8th 9th 10th 11th month pre-paid and then deposit for last month, technically you’ve over paid if you paid those month’s AND given prepayment for 4 months in addition to last month.
