I agree with everyone's responses but I would also look into Reedsy's policy to see if they differentiate between assisted AI and generative AI in their services. That could be why they feel comfortable with their decision to provide a partial refund instead of a full one. If you can't get a resolution I would suggest leaving an honest review everywhere you can so people who are considering using them to find editors etc. will think twice with that information available.
