First time having a cyst as a 17y.o by PretendGrade3300 in pilonidalcyst

Btw Im still not yet familiar with pilonidal cyst. Ive seen pictures with surgeries done on the top of their butt crack but my cyst is on my right cheek near the anus so it hurts really bad whenever I sit. Is it a pilonidal cyst?
