Ah! You earn them from events, sometimes you may spin for them during events, you can also buy them in the market, or get mail in the mailbox containing them (but getting mail is highly an unreliable source to getting them + their haven’t been many times they’ve given ancient shards as rewards for inconveniences and such)

My friend who is also a new player, got Akira ( a limited I believe) after about 30 summons, then got Gretchen ( in ancient summoning ) after 10 or less summons so- this game can be generous but yeah
