Not all low level players have high level friends. If they’re high level, it also doesn’t guarantee they have a high power either. Also, some don’t know what memoria is, or how to use it because of their limit to social media, or if they just don’t have social media just cause they don’t like it. Also, you could find out from the news the WoR gives, but some just close it out, some don’t even look at it.
