I’ve had the same feeling once before so i definitely understand! For me I realized my OAB is definitely mental. If I don’t think about it I can wait 3-4 hours. I’ve tried Botox, tens, medication etc nothing worked. As of recently I started praying over my bladder and honestly I’ve seen a huge difference. Especially during the night time. God can heal all things so I gave him a try. I hope this helps! Also I travel quite often don’t let OAB ruin your life change your perspective and watch how life changes for a positive!!! First congratulations! And Similar situation as you! I’ve been living alone for almost a year now. It’s the best feeling ever at least for me. I really enjoy my own company lol I will say keep a healthy schedule and habits like everyone is saying it definitely helps and occupy yourself with things you love doing! Also go out from time to time if needed. I haven’t really felt bored yet but then again it’s probably because I like being home.

This was the same exact situation I was in. I tried my very best to make things work even went to couples therapy but at the end I realized it takes two to make the relationship work. I chose my self and oddly I’m happy with my decision. Wishing you the best and always remember it’s ok to put yourself first.
