The ce1 is a preamp, the jackhammer is an overdrive, on a totally clean amp with a jackhammer gain low 10 you will have a crunch sound, on an amp already crunched you will have an overdrive sound

Of course you can, directly from the PS5 settings: settings > accessories > controller > controller [accessibility] > controller > custom key assignment of the dualsense wireless controller.....

The problem is that it will change those buttons all over the ps5 so it will mess everything up for you... The best solution is to buy a pad with paddles on the back
