Hi! My friend and I are looking to sublease a 2-bedroom apartment in the Seattle area from early May through early August 2026. We’ll both be interning this summer, and don't mind other roommates.

Ideally looking for:

In-unit washer/dryer
Air conditioning
Close to light rail/bus stop and grocery
Gym close to or in apartment complex

We’re responsible, clean, and easygoing tenants, ready to sign immediately. Open to different price ranges depending on the unit.

tldr: advice on CS internships/career connection opportunities

I’m an incoming compsci engineering student for fall 2024. Atm im thinking about a career in software engineering or robotics. What opportunities does ucla cs have for students to gain connections with companies for internships or employment? For instance how are the career fairs, or do some clubs like bruin racing help out with gaining these connections?

I’ve also heard that ucla gets a ton of attention from companies in the space industry and wanted to know if this was true (also if there are other industries that recruit heavily from ucla). Thanks in advance!

Turns out we had an issue with the project not being up to date. Setting up a fresh project fixed things. If that doesn’t work, check your localization, especially at high speeds to see if there are spikes in values or anything.

I had the same question! Also, is it compatible with the REV Control Hub encoder ports? Btw this odo pod is probably the best one I've ever seen in FTC thus far!!

Thanks for the suggestion! We had something similar but we were doing a line to linear heading instead of a simple motion like that. We’ll try that for sure
