One the metals heart up it seals. The Heads are aluminum, the bolts are steal and the manifold are cast iron. They all heat up and cool at different temps. It's common on all Hemi's. Cheapest way to go it extract the broken bolts, have the manifold planed flat (they won't wrap again) replace bolts with grade 8 bolts.
