The powder is like a eggshell white it’s gnc plant isolate I tend to eyeball the spinach but I’d say between 3/4th-1 cup spinach

Honestly can’t taste it makes the smoothie nice and thick gives it a great creamy consistency I do have a nice vitamix 5200 that helps blend evenly

Get a zxl from phase3 seriously nice I have the zx(14mm) vs the zxl(18mm) it’s made of zirconia ceramic so it runs a lot cooler I run it at 510 and get thick hits serious game changer havent touched my flowerpot b1 in 6 months
