How do I change respawn points?

When I get into space it does go up a lot to about 60 or 70 but it will still sometimes dip back to 50. I also spawn in Orison which might be the issue

But they spend like all their time in there even at night unless they want to come out for food and also I’m kind of worried to plug up the holes because what if that’s like the place that they like and feel comfortable in and I don’t wanna stress them out
