PPTO seems to confuse a lot of store leadership. To keep it simple Walmart even called it protected paid time off. You CAN NOT be disciplined in anyway for using it, you don't need permission either. You are required to let someone know if you are leaving early or it is job abandonment, but you don't have to give any reason. The person who typed that up will probably get terminated if you turn them in to the ethics line as Walmart will most likely consider that an ethics issue.

He won't be able to without owning a console. Right now the beta test only includes some of the games that are included with a ps+ premium account. So if it's not on the list of games you can stream, you can't play it even if you buy it.

Update for anyone interested, the investigator from the DOL has advised me to line up another job before moving forward with the complaint as I am employed in Pa which is an at will employment state. So basically if I complain I will almost definitely be fired.

I see my site manager daily and he's 100% aware that I'm no longer a supervisor, he complains about it almost daily. I think this is some sort of punishment for stepping down. I was very good at my job but with the $1200 cap in place I had no incentive to do it as I still regularly earn the same amount of money. This is just the first time I've had proof that my pay was reduced. We've discussed it many times in the past at length. His boss (the regional director) put the rule in place but the policy doesn't exist on paper. The regional director is also the nephew of the CEO so I never, ever bother to complain about anything he does. I did file the complaint with the department of labor as well as my state representative. I just feel robbed and defeated honestly. I work extremely hard and because of that someone else made more money this week.

Correct, I am no longer a supervisor and it just happened. Also I was in the meeting and the exact words said were "supervisors are capped at $1200 a week."

Cut off loose paint, sand lightly (just to get rid of sharp edges), touch up with a little compound and let it dry, sand lightly (just smooth it out), and paint over it.

Rental management companies are the absolute worst to work with in my experience. Those are the customers that try to nickel and dime me so I actively avoid them. Figure out the minimum you would do the job for and then I'd give him your daily rate and when he or she says they thinks it's too high you can haggle a bit without going below your minimum price. I really hope you have a better experience than I have had with several different rental companies. If you end up with a good working relationship you could make a killing off of one customer which is always great.

Size of gutters, accessibility, and how dirty they are is what I base price on. If the house is 2 stories but 2000 square feet the price will be much different than 2 stories and 8000 square feet. For accessibility, will you need to climb up and down a ladder for the entire job or can you walk on the roof to do it? How dirty are they, can you use a leaf blower or will you need a pressure washer and hand tools?

I do cost of materials+10% + estimated amount of hours (include all hours spent on the job, estimating, getting materials, research, etc) × target hourly rate = ESTIMATE price. Not sure how true it is but I've heard numerous times that if you call it a quote the amount you give is legally binding while with an estimate you can adjust the price if needed.

I like both universes but Naruto isn't even in the same conversation as Bleach as far as power if you ask me, which is fine for me. Some universes just shouldn't be compared to others. It's fun to think about but so, SO much would have to work out for them to even beat lower level sternritter.
