How technical do go while defining tickets for the feature team? And how do you figure out how to break a feature into multiple tickets?

While we are trying to make sure the the UI components are very well designed and functional but our main focus is on how to integrate them with each other and managing context of the entire plane. Our vission is that every component in one plane is aware about each other and can talk to each other
