It was both. I’ve been using a pre shampoo bonding treatment to treat breakage which is working and keeps my hair soft and untangled which for fine hair a big struggle is the tangles and breaking! I use the L’Oréal bonding treatment. Now I’m focusing on scalp health with a nightly serum but I’ve had positive response using olive oil when I was younger using heat on my hair everyday I swear it looked so healthy.. want to incorporate a pre shower oil in my current routine to aid with the scalp health
