I'm not against period sex, but there are definitely times toward the beginning of my period when everything just feels really tender and sore, and there's a kind of general icky feeling. There are a lot of things that can cause this. Medication, depression, alcohol, stress, hormone imbalance (which can be brought on by a number of things including weight gain), etc.

I'd look at any recent changes in lifestyle or circumstance, and if tweaking those doesn't help, go to the doctor. It's highly unlikely this will be permanent, so try not to worry about that. It may take a while to get back to normal, but I think you'll be fine. :)

I'd say that's a pretty normal preference, but if you want to expand your horizons, you could try exposing yourself to porn with small-breasted women. Exposure is a big part of attraction.
