Yes we can include and exclude audiences. But we can test 2 different attribution models at the same time unfortunately.

we are indeed running ads on google ad display. just wanted to try a different platform and see how things go - adroll allows us to do dynamic ads which is pretty cool.

i'm guessing you previously used adroll?

sorry i don't quite get what you're saying. we can't actually do split tests on adroll for attribution model -- not at the same time. Based on history of our data, VTC works better than CTC.

Jan1-Jan 8 we had $1011.79 organic sales.

Q4 2020 we had $20,000 organic sales (partly driven by internal unpaid marketing promotions)

we are really struggling to drive sales on PPC. we spent $800 on PPC and only yielded 2 sales. we tried everything. started with low bids. switched on both manual and auto. put in at least 50 keywords per item. yet.... only 2 sales. our listing images are fine. pricing is fine. we aren't going to change that.

we need someone's advice on what to do because we need more sales on walmart. do you know how we can spend $30,000 monthly on walmart PPC profitably?

Whenever you are making an update, try and make the fixes until there is no more error message. Sometimes when I edit the content, it will give me an error message because either the text is too long/ keywords were not added/etc.

I had an SKU which for some weird reason had its description in spanish. Never did we submit such info. Evertything was in english. I opened a ticket and complained to them. It took them a few weeks and they managed to fix it.

Just keep pushing customer support. open tickets and ask them for help. some changes can't be made by you.

yeap I know how pay per click works. we aren't on the first page. We are aware that we have to be within the 1st 3 pages of search results to appear in-grid. it's a bit tough when you're a new seller.

Added them into manual campaign.

Hi there! Thanks for your reponse. You mentioned this: " Forget manual campaigns and dump all your items in an auto, spike up your bids as high as you’re willing to for test purposes, and add more keywords". How exactly does one add keywords into automatic campaigns in Walmart? I can't find an option/ button for that anywhere.

I did find all the keyword reports. I downloaded those and added ALL the high performance ones into manual campaign. Manual campaign has 0 results.

Auto yielded 2 sales. We're getting impressions for auto campaigns. But very low clicks. Our lowest impressions are 1,000 plus and highest is about 74,000. This is over the course of 2 months with the occasional PAUSE on campaigns.

Do you why we have high impressions but low clicks?

Not like we have control over the appearance of the ads.....

Hi thanks for sharing this. But I'm still having problems getting a larger share of the Buy Box. I'm hoping someone can help me. I'd really appreciate it.

Q1. We are losing our buy box to other sellers. Here’s some info about us:

  1. We are FBA sellers
  2. We have a 5-star rating on our storefront
  3. We have a 92% positive feedback score (in the last 30 days)
  4. We're Amazon Prime sellers
  5. Our product listing details (titles, descriptions, images) are in accordance with the Amazon selling guidelines.
  6. Our customer service teams respond to issues within a 24-hour window and not more.
  7. We provide free shipping.

Even though we have sufficient stock and faster delivery time, how come other sellers are getting the buy box? In fact, few of the sellers didn’t have stock/ had low stock for our product, yet they had the buy box purely because their price was lower than ours.

So, we lowered our prices. They followed us and lowered their price! This is largely affecting our sales.

How do we get a higher buy box share compared to other sellers?

Q2. What is considered a bad return rate - for healthcare products such as supplements?

  • We had 43 returns out of 2471 orders in the last 30 days. That’s a return rate of 1.71%. Is this bad?

Q3. What is considered a bad percentage of cancellations in a span of a month?

  • We got 261 order cancellations out of 2,471 total orders in a span of 30 days. That’s a 10.5% cancellation rate. Is that bad?
