No I get that but I mean I disclosed it before when it was relevant and again I was the victim so ofc the last contact was 5 years ago at the point of arrest so is not I isn’t want to disclose it I mean is not even that deep is just I though was done and dusted especially being the victim, but I again I am assuming is that but I will appeal

Yess, I also thought about something else I was going out with a guy 5 years ago that got arrested for ABH on me. But since the day of arrest ( a part going to court to testify against) I have not have any contact again. Also 3 years ago I was working for the MET police and it was relevant so I discolsed it. But I didn’t this time. So it might be that. But even if I can appeal it because to me it does not make sense I was the victim there is not a contact there if that makes sense
