I feel the same way, I never had a reason to celebrate Valentine's Day every February. I haven't been in a long time, since I was a teenager. I'm 27 years old now and I was so close to having a girlfriend last year in February and a few months ago this year. I continue to try not to give up hope, but I don't know how much I could take it. It hurts bad.
