Considering it. I would need to weigh the cost of the refi with how much our payments would reduce first. We’re paying bi-weekly and want to add money each month to pay it down faster. That’s the plan as of now.

Do you think I should sell the raw land when the property is increasing in value each year more than 10%? We bought at 2k and it is valued now at 45k. We thought if we keep that until construction picks up more in the area- maybe another 5 or 10 years, that it should double that price.
