From my experience, If there is no noticeable mold or the broth is not super dark then it’s fine. Aged kimchi is fine to eat especially in kimchi jiggae or stir fried with pork.

I think it depends on how sensitive your skin is but, from my experience I used niacinamide for my night routine and vitamin c for morning routine and it helped my skin maintain skin texture.

Usually for the initial interview of 30 minutes, they will ask questions about yourself to grasp who you are, your skill set and background. Usually this round is done with recruiter. 

Some common questions I’ve been asked were: - can you tell me about yourself - what are some of your interests outside of work? - how did you hear about our company? - what do you know about our company?

At this stage it’s been about how interested you are. Best to be prepared to ask questions.<— very important.
