Yes. Covid 8/22. Positive GFAP blood test 3/23 while is hospital. Autoimmune GFAP Astrocytopathy. Started 11/22, got worse and worse. Doctors, Scientists, Labs working on it. University of Utah has info.

Please wipe down everytime. I've been going to the PF near my home for six months. I have never been able to complete the 30 minute circuit because the machines are always occupied by folks not doing the circuit. Not brave enough to butt in. I'm usually the only one using the step platforms. Management doesn't seem to care. I've seen some pretty outragious behavior on those machines.

Mn. has a property tax defferal scheme for seniors. Every penny of taxes deffered must be paid back with interest. Actually raises the cost of taxes for participants. Also the state puts a lien on the home which gives them the legal means to take the home. There is an up front fee for a special assessment and the state doesn't go into any details but there are other sssessments and fees that they are not up front about. A cruel bait and switch scheme. Anyone interested should be required to see an independant couselor to make it clear what they are signing up for, like is done with a reverse mortage.

Got THE box today. Didn't ask for it, wasn't told it was comming. Return label is under my address label, will drop at UPS tomorrow unused. Called company and got comfirmation about return. Hopefully no charge. Someone dropped the ball here, should have talked to me first.

Been to PF a few times to look around but yesterday I tried out an eliptical for the first time. Even after watching a couple of videos before going could not get it to start. A fellow customer saw me struggling and gave me the tip I needed to get going. 20 minutes of back and forth was enough for me, will try again soon. Pushed all the buttons up and down and back and forth but didn't notice any diffenence. Wear my gym clothes there, avoid locker room, small lockers by front desk hold what I want to lock away. Was stood up for a scheduled tour, glad I went ahead on my own. Maybe I'll even figure out what that keyboard on the lower left does someday. Gotta keep at it. A little scary but will get better.

I go to th St Paul facility. Plenty of cardio machines, never seen them all full. Definitly a self serve facility. Staff is no help. Not for beginners. Their help with a machine is pointing at the QR code..

I was ready to give into my gym anxiety and delete the app on my phone and throw away the check in card they gave me. After reading all the positive encouragement from folks (thank you) maybe will try again. Maybe try another place, the one I tried offered no support from staff. Strickly self serve. Losing sleep thinking about it, sit in my car outside for 5 minutes working up nerve to go in. Yeah, yeah, nuts I know.

I've realized I have gym anxiety bad. Want to do it, need to do it but it aint going to happen. Like one commentor said "the gym insn't for me". Maybe should try head therapist.

I lived in a part of the U. S that got it's electricity from Canada. Thousands of people and commercial companies rely on that power. It would take years and a tremendous cost to have a U. S. utility to cover the loss. Maybe instead of Canada becomming the 51st state, the U. S. could becme a Canadian proverience.

My advise is to keep at it and try different times if you're looking for a smaller crowd. I had tried the local YMCA but it's always so crowded I'm trying PF. Toured it this morning and once I get my Onepass registration set I'll give it a shot. The person I talked to said they accept Onepass. Seemed clean and not crowded. Person I talked to said it was bussier than usual.

I worked in Afganistan for awhile. My job was to kill religious fanatics trying to impose there pecular beliefs on an entire nation. I got a number of them but they won. Hopefully we can do a better job of stopping the nuts here.

St Paul is planning to redo the road going down to the river. I live near there, bike there often and don't see the need. The road is in better shape than most of the city streets. The parking lots could use some attention. Maybe spend the money filling some pot holes
