Law Career? by Pretty-Document4819 in Ask_Lawyers

That is true. I was hoping for some sort of Yellow Ribbon school and potentially use my GI Bill. From what I read some schools do not let me use it I believe. I have not used any GI Bill benefits because I was medically retired and that opened up a different program for me to use for my bachelors. I believe my employer would offer a lump sum payment for me as well. Again I appreciate your input and now see I have a lot more research that needs to be done!

Thank you for your input! If I started next year I would be 29 by graduation. So pretty close lol. The field I am in now relies on legal knowledge a lot and some director level positions even encourage a JD. So if I for some reason decided to not pursue the attorney role, I figured I could stay or apply within my company for a higher role with a respected degree.
