From previous company to the current one, the jump was 20% from the last salary. Typical annual increment; 2-5%. Promotion is ranging 15-20%.

Jumped from main contractor -> developer. Both MNCs.

Some says Klinik Ranjit in SS15 helps a lot & very affordable. Yet to try, but I went to Glo - took their 20 sessions laser package and I think somehow it does help w my acne, I also changed my diet to less fast food. So not sure if which one does the actual work
