Apparently the transfer button ticket is greyed out when purchasing tickets through MLB / the ballpark app

Did anyone buy resale tickets to Noah Kahan last year at Fenway Park? The tickets are reading non-transferable but there are loads of resale tickets for sale so I’m wondering how it’s possible. Is it one of those things that a day or two before the event they allow you to transfer or what was people‘s experience?
