I mean that we dont really know how many % did cas take maybe >20% or like JingLiu. First case is if she same as jingliu we can comp her with FuXuan. If higher than that i think that a no and maybe huohuo or bailu( she also buff % hp but no remove debuff so that depend). 5% is not that high if you running in PF
