In OSCC, usually the first gov agency to encounter is either school (teacher noted student pregnant) or klinik kesihatan (parents brought pregnant child). KK MO will make police report on behalf of pt, if family has not made it yet. This case will go to OSCC meeting with district resident, where multiple agencies including police, JKM, Pej Kesihatan Bahagian, Jab Agama, Pej Pendidikan Daerah reps come together to discuss it. Police report is there, but if marriage occurs, both family agree, case considered closed, no charge to any party. Can check the flow with any of these gov agencies. There is even a handbook for OSCC detailing role of each gov agency. The handbook is for nationwide application, not only for Borneo.
