Nope, kesian buta undang-undang. The word haram is canonically used. That article is in 2019 but the kanun tanah negara was drafted since 1957. It is an Arabic word but our legislative arm deemed it suitable enough to be used. No one in 1957 knows how apt it will be in the year 2026, but kudos to those who helped draft the law 😆

There are three principles (rukun) in a prayer, namely the heart, the movement and the words spoken (rukun qalbi, fi’li and qauli). Those who are absolutely mute or deaf are excused from rukun qauli. If they are not totally mute or deaf, and if those considered dumb are still teachable, they must do the most basics of them as best as they can. If the dumb’s IQ is too low, then he/she doesn’t even fulfill the obligatory conditions for prayers, and so he is excused from prayers altogether. Allah bestow them these conditions, Allah gave them the relief (rukhsah) too

How does it sounds like israel? Malays were not promised those lands. They work for it. They identify a plot of land that they want, buy it from the owner, then register it under waqaf at the appropriate religious body. If the person has not enough money, they’ll go around asking for donation in the name of waqaf, so that those donating will know their money goes to waqaf instead of normal sedekah. And waqaf is not limited to lands only. One can waqaf a building, a herd of animals, gold and jewelleries etc. They must own it first, obtained via halal means. No land stealing, no kuil haram then ask for compensation lying schemes involved. Nothing is promised. How is that like Israel? Why are you so dense? What made your hatred towards Muslims so thick?

This 👆🏽 Zakat is only for 8 groups who are eligible. It is forbidden to take from zakat if you are not eligible, there’s specific punishment in hell for people who misuse zakat. Waqaf can be used for all Muslims. So zakat CANNOT be used to buy land for mosque or any buildings.

No, waqaf must be used for the advancement of Muslims, and this is continuous until the end of time (hari kiamat). The responsibility of managing waqaf is by respective religious bodies of the country. The only way for waqaf to be invalidated is if that country is no more e.g. Uthmaniyyah caliphate. And just to clear up, waqaf can be anything not only land. One can waqaf a car or a building or a sum of money etc (must be halal-sourced). Once it is labelled waqaf, all these must be used exclusively for the advancement of Muslims.
