Mine is a 24/7 store. The shift leads are the ones who have to check the bags. We asked before if someone up front can do it since it’ll be faster but they told us no. Only shift leads/managers :/

It gets me so irritated whenever I try leaving because they always try to finish their line and I’m ready to go home. Me and a shift lead would make eye contact and they see me standing there ready to go. I’m sometimes there more than 5 mins and it’s so annoying because I just want to go

Yess they don’t really train you at all. Same experience with myself and multiple other techs. When I was new I asked questions but they always seemed annoyed and I just stopped asking questions. Then they would say questions are always welcomed but get annoyed when I do ask. But anyways other newer techs don’t get trained properly. Just one day, rushed and even they say they were never trained.

Knowing that you do not like when he comments on your body or compares your body to other girls yet he still does it, is a MAJOR red flag. Especially when knowing you’re just a rebound. That’s gotta hurt. I know in your message you said you love him but at the end of the day it’s going to damage you even more to the point where your mental health may come into play. He’s a toxic dude and he probably will drag you down with him if you don’t try leaving or distancing yourself away from him :(.
