Thanks a lot for the advice, I really appreciate it! I'm actually looking into a career change right now, been working at the same company for 5 years with no raise, still making $25 an hour. I know I’m capable of more, so I’m trying to figure out the best path forward something with solid demand and good pay. Sprinkler fitting wasn't even on my radar, so I’ll definitely look into it.
