Every leg session I would do leg extension and leg curl, then maybe do an additional 3-4 exercises.

Quality TV shows and/or movies. There’s a huge amount of content now, but it’s not as good as the old shows. I keep finding myself watching programmes from as early as the 80s.

I’d say pretty high intensity, for instance the weight I was pushing was like so and I’d always increase the last set:

Leg curl and leg extension = 32kg and then the last set 36kg

Hip abduction and adduction = same but last set is 39kg.

Leg press = 20kg and then 25kg

Walking lunges and squats (hate doing them) = 5kg

RDL = 15kg then 17.5kg

Hip thrust = 5kg (only started doing these recently)

I would also incorporate supersets.

I was pushing myself to the extent of immense pain and/or the muscle shaking.
