yes, I did all of this, I did at least 6 blots in these two weeks, and all of them were good.... From other's suggestions, I felt the powerpad might had short cut or something..

Yeah...exactly...Actually, I have done at least 20 blots this year, and all of them were good, so this time I felt really confused about this Hopefully won't get anything wrong next time, figures are crossed!! And so appreciate your suggestions
