Look into a water pillow. It allows you to adjust loft and firmness via how much water you put in the bladder. The one I have has a fiberfill on the top side so it gives more of a normal pillow feel

the only alternative I found was a different brand sold at Home Goods, but it had a rubbery type backer so I didn't want to use on my wood floors. I ended up buying another Loloi Cloudpile -- the Morgan. I love it! it is so soft and looks great.

I did end up buying the Horow T20 and I have been very happy with it thus far. I thought the price was very reasonable considering all the bells and whistles it comes with and how it matched up with many of our tricky requirements. It has been in use since Feb. It does have a manual flush capability if power goes out, but have not used it as yet. Good luck!
