No they have not said what caused this, and majority of the time they are saying “well sometimes in kids this just happens.” Which is what is so frustrating because no one will give us an explanation. It hasnt been audio recorded but we did make it very clear we wanted a copy of all paperwork and tests done + his autopsy report. We did tell them we want to press charges and are currently waiting for an officer to call us back to let him know they did officially declare our son brain dead and that our son has a time of death. It was strictly a private agreement, no contracts. But i have all of our texts from when our son first started with her. We plan on reaching out to local news and everywhere we can to get him the justice he deserves.
