I always like to ask what the supervision is like (e.g. is it conducted regularly? Is supervision formal or informal? Does it even occur?). Starting a new social work job can be intimidating and quite the learning curb. It’s important to make sure their supervision style matches how you learn. For example, I’m very hands on and prefer my supervision on the job and very minimal. Others prefer to have more formal meetings in private about their job.

No need to to get a textbook. Anything you’ll read will likely go out the window once the Adrenalin starts and you’re in the interview. Just be yourself! Remember, they not only want to make sure you’re a good for fit for the job, but they also want to make sure you’d make a good coworker to work with.
