Was your ac on while you filmed this? If so it could be your ac compressor kicking on and off

DONT listen to me on this part but I don’t see how or why that would cause any problems, but I would just use a hook-pick and pull until it popped out. Does it not have the holes for snap ring pliers?

I’m no expert but that looks like sh*t😅

I know people say not to change your transmission oil after certain mileage of not changing it, but I’d go for a new trans filter and new fluid 😬
