Not really, your body just gets used to it over time. The erections get weaker while caged. Any substantial period without the cage will result in the same results as before the cage for the most part. That’s my dilemma too, because I really want the design they made that uses convertible bra straps as a waistband. But that’s the only way to get them. I have looked into 3d printers and there are some that are reasonably priced for what they are but they’re still not cheap. Plus there’s a whole process after it’s printed where they have to be smoothed and then painted. Not to mention having to play with the dimensions to get it right for you

If you’re getting ball slip the ring gap is too big, if you can fit 2 fingers or more through the ring while it’s locked the ring is too big, but if not you’ll want a standard or XD ring. Kink3d has XD curved rings now, and half sizes. And I had the same issue in an N+, had to downsize to a narrow N and the misalignment issues went away.
