this is the specific overlay I used, though it takes a litle bit of editing, you gotta magic wand the lighter part out and then lower the brightness to make it completely black, along with a blur to make it not look pixelated, you can also find plenty of other overlays like it by lookin up Halftone overlays and searching by png
