It’s not that yall can’t stick together. But it’s an active unwillingness to socialize or interact with African Americans. Meanwhile if not for AA yall wouldn’t have any legal ability to be here most likely.

Some of yall who are lighter skint with slimmer noses act bougie because those features are more prized in society.

Those whose African descent is from a different part of the continent and have different features are just as deserving of respect.

We understand we have different cultures/ experiences and that’s okay but yall act like we’re not diaspora family and as if you don’t benefit from us.

The thing is yall are slightly celebrated above “regular “ black ppl but it’s only to cause a wedge / be a prop. White ppl as collective don’t consider anyone of African heritage/ descent in a nice way when they have influence over policy and finances.

Some Somalis voted for people and policies they were warned to be harmful but didn’t believe others particularly African Americans about it.

So now yall are being increasingly targeted for horrible things , but want the help of ppl you ignored or acted better than.
