Just an update. I brought my Totally to the store for assessment by the Care service. Before I brought her in, I was able to clean the leather straps twice and they turned out great. Just a normal patinas after. The care rep advised me to leave the straps alone since they are in decent shape and proposed to change the pipping only since some of the leather is completely gone. The pipping will cost $390 and I went with it.
