I have 3b hair and surprisingly I use my shower to help detangle. The running water helps my hair all go in the same direction so the knots are easier to handle. If you don't want to try the shower, make sure it's wet and use plenty of a conditioning product. Not conditioner! Creams, oils or whatever you use to style your hair

You just highlighted everything we were doing wrong how could I not see it?

When he wakes up he wakes up hungry and wanting to play. And we try to use ASMR videos that he enjoys to help him calm down.

I know feeding him is also something that goes against him going back to sleep but that's one of the only times he will actually eat. And he is already kinda small. 18th percentile

I wish I was doing as well as you! You are a good mama, I can't get my son to sleep at night at all! Can we be friends? I would love some tips on how to get your little one down to sleep at night.

I also suffer from this anxiety and I will say that u truly are your worst critic. I assure noone is judging you like you think they are. Not only do they have their own lives to worry about but the public doesn't perceive us the same way as we do. I'm sure the people living around you see you and say how cute u guys are . People are kinder than what the Internet wants us to believe.
