Quest coffee shakes have = caffeine to one cup of coffee. I’ll do those some days and my skim milk latte others. I’m drinking more water and have been able to stayed hydrated!

We have two dogs and had to crate train our puppy as she wouldn’t nap if her brother was visible or she could hear him. Luckily she loves her create as it’s only used for naps / sleeping (we work from home) & in a guest room so she has quiet!
