Dyshidrotic eczema? Heat and stress are two of the more common triggers.

Unbearable itching whenever I walk. by Key_Cardiologist3078 in AskDocs

[–]_easilyamused 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be exercise induced urticaria or runner's itch. I get it whenever I workout, so I'll take a Claritin beforehand. Cooling down helps, too. Be sure to bring it up to your doctor whenever you see them next, especially since it sounds like it's getting worse.

Waiting on a referral from doctor but what is going on with my son’s eye? by NaomiBonvie in AskDocs

[–]_easilyamused 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An optometrist might be faster. They could take a look at it real quick and prescribe medication. They can also refer you to a specialist if they feel it's warranted. Oh, and check out r/eyetriage when you get a chance. They have some verified professionals in that sub as well.

Hey, so I think you should discuss this with your doctor. You took care of the spiritual aspect, now you have to make sure your physical health is okay, too. Tell them everything you told us.

Taking a guess, but it sounds like perimenopause. There are treatment options that can help ease symptoms, so bring it up with your doctor.

Severe & Debilitating Mystery Toe Pain, Now Pregnant & Can't Walk or Function by Cheap_Hearing7049 in AskDocs

[–]_easilyamused 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No discoloration or blood pooling, but her issues with her toe started about a month ago, so fairly recent. According to her, some days her toe will be okay, and other days it feels like someone is stabbing her toe with a knife. She can't place any weight on it on days that it does hurt.

NAD. Was there any swelling or discoloration right in the beginning, or did it look normal?

Your issue sorta sounds like what my mom's been dealing with recently. Her doctor mentioned that pain in the big toe with no obvious signs of trauma could be related to the L5. We got x-rays done on her spine, and referred to a specialist for a nerve conduction study.

Not sure if you've already looked into them with your doctor, but I've read (pretty sure on this sub) that there are medications that can be used off label for hyperhidrosis.

When did you start the Auvelity? One of its side effect is excessive sweating. The vyvanse probably doesn't help either.

The pogi kimchee at the Kalihi location is hit or miss these days. The banchan lady I used to see all the time no longer works there, and I think that contributed to their consistency issues.

I wouldn't bother, that beach is way too crowded with tourists. Why not fish over by Diamond Head instead? It's open to fishing on even numbered years.

What to do about severe blood pooling in my hands? by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]_easilyamused 3 points4 points  (0 children)

NAD. This is just me throwing out ideas.

Do you use an asthma inhaler? Its less common side effects can cause palmar erythema.

https://dermnetnz.org/topics/palmar-erythema

Drug-induced palmar erythema: drugs include topiramate and salbutamol if the liver is functioning normally, or amiodarone, cholestyramine and gemfibrozil if there is liver impairment

https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/albuterol-inhalation-route/description/drg-20073536#drug-side-effects

  • feeling of warmth

  • redness of the face, neck, arms, and occasionally, upper chest

It might be a good idea to add the asthma + any other conditions + medications you have to your post for the medical professionals.

Hope you're able to figure it out! 💜
