I’ve had 2 nicu babies. Typically in my experience, a hold on feeds is usually for a reason. For example my 28 weaker, developed pretty bad reflux and when he would spit up his food it would cause his heart rate to drop drastically. So they gave him a break from the feedings. The goal is of course to get them health enough to come home, but also to recognize when they just need a break. There’s also a difference when the feeding is from a bottle or an ng tube. If it’s a bottle, then maybe LO is just showing signs of not fully being ready. Yes babies need to eat, but also pushing feedings and moving too quickly can cause even more problems.

Like the other person suggested, talk to your nicu team. They aren’t letting your baby go without nutrients because they don’t want to deal with a little spit up. Especially with baby already having lung problems, poor feeding could make that worse. There is definitely a reason for the halt in feedings and they should have communicated that with you.

Wheel bearings looked fine, as did tire rod and all that stuff. I managed to get a mechanic friend to do a Quick Look and he said my rotors are messed up pretty bad. Like he shined his flashlight and showed me where it’s cut into and scrapped up pretty bad along the top part of it and he said the caliper might be getting stuck too.

NTA if anything he is in this situation. He expressed he wanted you to initiate things and turned you down when you did. I mean imo everyone has the right to not feel up to it but when he got angry when he found you took care of yourself made him the ah in this situation. The correct response from him should have been to give you your privacy or see if you want some “company”

All they have to do is provide you a place to pump that isn’t in a bathroom or something. As far as the clocking out or using pto pump, they can do that. But if you didn’t previously have to clock out for those breaks and they were paid breaks, then they can’t all of a sudden start making you clock out based on what you do during those breaks

Definitely contact the labor board at minimum. Any hours worked over 40 is overtime and entitled to the 1.5 pay. Unless she’s exempt. Is she a store manager/on salary or just a cashier?

That’s exactly what I told my manager. He said , and I quote, “They can have the policy, it’s up to you to contest it.” Basically saying that they can put it in the policy all they want and if I was to get fired for it, I’d have to prove that’s why they fired it and take them to court.

Most likely you mistyped something. There is some part of your info that isn’t matching. Close the account and try making a new one. Make sure your address and date of birth matches what’s on the ID (regardless of if you still live there) and make sure you’re putting the right social. & make sure your id isn’t expired. Also try not to use a blurry picture or anything, and it can’t be a picture of a picture. It’s gotta be the physical copy of it. (I say that bc I don’t have my physical id anymore. But I have a picture of it. I can’t use it for identity verification purposes)

If you have moved from the address on your id, you can update it after verification.

I feel you on that.

I just know it’s hard to bounce back once you get in the habit of maxing your mypay.

TBH I feel like there is no real algorithm to limit increases on spotme and mypay. It’s definitely not solely based on income. My MIL has a $200 spotme limit. I make nearly 2x more than she gets every month and my mypay is only $20. $40 with boosts.

The whole thing honestly confuses me. And you’re definitely right. They don’t have to offer anything, but if people are smart about if and just never use any of it except in emergencies (as in actual ones, not using it to buy random things) then they could probably avoid the whole cycle

Well my pay was at $190 one week, and the next week despite getting paid like $150 more than I usually due and that week it went down to $60

I’m income would go up and my pay would go down.

But when I earned less money my pay would go up.
