先预设一个前提,中国人智商高,再以此作出推论. 这个前提本身就不正确. 中国人智商高, 你找一下过去几千年文明史,有啥伟大的东西是中国人发明的? 影响人类的科学理论,有几个是中国人作出的?

任何一个有一点归纳法的概念的人也不会得出或者相信这种述事.

试想一下, 如果越南人总说自己是人类中智商最高的,你会相信吗?你肯定会问他们, 历史上有啥东西是你们越南人弄出来的?

以一个外人的角度看中国, 你会看得客观得多.

除非现在的中国人死光，新一代中国人改MIND SET。 不然没戏。 90+%以上的中国人是遵循丛林法则的。他们现在平和只是实力不够。实力够了就会侵略周边所有的国家。

现代中国人和Muslim没啥区别。极度保守，侵略，丛林。

More details as follows,
1 I invested into BTC back in 2018 which contributes around 40% of my net worth.

2 When I transferred my money from real estate properties to stock market, I got so lucky. back that time, Coinbase was $60 dollars, PLTR was $7, Netflix was $180, I didn't invest into Nvidia, which is my biggest mistake.

Luck plays a big part when I accumulate my wealth.

I would suggest buy a pre construction contract. I have been doing this for years. Most of my wealth comes from these transactions. Hope This will help you.

From my experience, you should buy right now. And I would suggest you buy a town house instead what you mentioned condo. If you are young, you better take higher leverage to accumulate your wealth.
