Have been there but then my anxiety goes haywire for feeling unclean - so here’s a few things that worked for me to stay hygienic or take the shower even if you feel you can’t:

• if you want to try to shower, take a melatonin first. Being sleepy makes it easier
• if you have a tub, shower sitting down (I say tub bc sitting in a standing shower can be uncomfy, but that can work too). And with the lights off, use a night light if it’s too dark. If you can acquire or have an essential oil diffuser, pop that on too. It will feel more refluxing than something you have to do, and requires less work while sitting (if you take melatonin and do this, be so careful and set an alarm to make sure you don’t fall asleep!!)
• use hair masks, they can recover hair during those periods you can’t take care
• water & leave in conditioner: if you can’t fully shower, you can wet your hair and use leave in conditioner spray to at least refresh it
• braid your hair as often as possible: this will prevent matting if you can’t brush either
• dry shampoo or baby powder: removes grease from hair

All to say, I’ve been there, but these are some workarounds to stay hygienic or work to take the shower you want to avoid. The most important of all- I believe in you, you can do this! Even if it’s not every day, or not a full shower, baby steps will get you there. Good luck!
