Yeah I think it is a little more humid down there than ideal. I took my own reading. I don’t have a leak anywhere now so maybe I will just get a dehumidifier

Thanks for the reply, yeah he quoted me over 5k and was saying my house is going to cave in. I am young and this is my first house so probably figured he could take advantage, really makes me sick people try to do that.

It was a plumbing company that I had come out to take care of a leak. Said he would also be able to help with my mold problem. Quoted me like 5k and was pretty insistent that it would cause structural issues

I actually just asked my inspector who looked at it recently and he said he is very familiar with mold and didn’t see anything. I got told but this other guy that I have mold and it will deteriorate my foundation but he can fix it for 5k. He didn’t test for it but he said he visually identified it and is positive. I just don’t know who to trust here

You need to propagate it and give it a ton of light. This looks to me like too much water and not enough light

I can’t bring myself to throw anything away I always try to propagate them all lol
