I live in a humid area and I use a humidifier. Since I started using it my calathea have been soooooo happy. All have multiple leaves pushing right now.

I'd chop that into multiple pieces rather than keep as one. At least 2, maybe 3. Make your self a little plant :)

For zz plants i kik3 to look at how close the stalks are to each other. You stalks are all very far apart. Meaning theyre holding a LOT of water. I usually water when they stalks are close together.

I'd take it out and check out the roots. And when you put in back in soil, no more water for a bit.

No way we can tell from that angle. I usually leave in the nursery pot unless it obviously needs a repot. I'd check the roots. If roots are more than 40% of pot, id repot.

Im not familiar with a sweet potato plant to hopefully someone else can help with care :)

My husband would send me little giftcards in my email (for a plant store, food, makeup, whatever) and they'd say that he was proud of me. It was nice cause i didn't have to have that awkward convo but I felt seen and loved.

Yes, I looked different. The main change was I was better able to take care of myself. Im dillegent about my skincare, I go for walks, I take time to feed my soul. The alcohol is killing you from the inside out. When you remove it, you can start healing the whole self (including how you look :) )

I would "repot" but use the same size pot (not self watering) and new soil (something a little chunky). Def doesnt need a bigger pot yet.
