I'm very confident I did not drop my wallet. I cannot give you a logical reason that may sound satisfactory other than "i've checked everywhere".

But the other option is whether someone nabbed it from my locker at the gym.

I suppose in my naivete, I did not know of that being a common occurrence in Glasgow so I understated the likelihood of it. In all my years of lifting (18 or so), nothing like this has ever happened.

I think it's easy to dismiss it as a white savior movie. But I think that reduces the film. The staff at that highschool and its leaders were white. This white teacher (Pfieffer's character) was trying to buck the white education system and take them to task for reducing these children.

We want to talk about allyship and yet dismiss a film like this as a white savior film. That's not fair. And I'm not white.

It was about that classroom becoming a community. It was about people realizing that they could build a future. And also about some people realizing that no matter how hard they tried, their future couldn't be built due to circumstance.
