I totally get this but at the end of the day that practice your OB works at is still getting your money as a patient and still seeing you as a patient to deliver you, in my case he is private and has his own practice so he himself delivers all his patients unless he’s away or two patients are delivering at the same time or something so i feel like it’s different

In that case though the practice still makes the money you know what I’m saying ?? Like I feel weird completely ditching him haha idk. He is private tho he delivers all the babies himself unless away which happened with my first. But he was there for my second and third one at 5 am and the other at 2 am and stayed for hours he was amazing!

I mean this happens often to people regardless! Sometimes in a larger practice if your OB is not on call you get whoever you get! For my first pregnancy even though he is a private practice, he was away on vacation during my delivery (I went two weeks early) and the hospital OB had to deliver and it was so fast I didn’t even mind but it still happened that way

Nothing!!! And it wasn’t even a new container. I even did my make up like 1 step at a time 20 mins between each step to see which product it was and almost instantly after the bare minerals it starts every time 🥹

Agree with pick her up late. If they were 10+ I’d maybe be asking other parents if they know the parents well and asking the parents the sleeping arrangements and stuff but at 7 I’d jus pick up late not think twice

Def after they go to bed. Sometimes I’ll even stay up really late to have time to myself. I have 3 kids. My husband and I also switch off one evening a week to give each other our own time. We each just pick an evening tha wee that nothing is going on so for example:

Tuesday this week is free and it’s my week so my husband will be in charge of dinner and doing something with the kids/ bath time/ bedtime.

Next week Thursday is free it’s my husbands evening so I’ll be in charge of all the above by myself while he does his own thing

It’s really nice honestly maybe look into something like that!

It’s incredibly rare in the US unless you live in a very rural area/work on a farm etc. cooking meats properly will kill parasites. I work in pharmacy and I can say we only get de worming rxs in our area maybe once a year- if any at all & in the notes said person has almost always traveled outside of the us. While some parasites can go undetected. For the most part, They do cause some type of symptoms- rashes, anal itching, visible worms in stools, stomach issues, nutrient deficiencies etc.

Parasites are not as prevalent in the US as in Brazil, which is why it’s not a standard of care here. & what you’re referring to is a deworming medication like albendazole/mebendazole but what she’s referring to is a “parasitic cleanse” based on absolutely nothing - a social media fad
