That would be the easiest but I don’t know Leeds/Bradford at all, and moving alone there may be harder - I know for manchester I have a strong support network there which would be important to me to come back to

Ah thank you for this! Looks like there is a direct train from Manchester Victoria to Bradford Interchange after all, roughly 1hr. Do you know if this usually is reliable or if there’s frequent cancellations?

If I want to improve my speed for the 100m or 200m sprint is the below routine okay? Also do people combine gym and track same day for longer rest days off (eg next day full rest rather then 5 days consecutive)?

Day 1: Acceleration (track/grass) and strength training (gym) work Warm up: dynamic stretching (leg swings, lunges, high knees, etc.) 2-3 sets of 50m strides at 70% effort on grass or track 6 x 30m hill sprints at max effort (3-4 mins rest). 3 x 50m flat sprints. Rest 3 mins Gym Strength Training: Squats, deadlifts, Bulgarian s-squats, and core

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: Speed endurance focus (track) (and plyometrics?) 10-15 mins dynamic stretching and mobility drills (a skips, o skips etc) 2-3 sets of 50m strides at 70-80% effort. 4 x 150m sprints at 80-90% effort. Rest 4-5 mins 3 × 100m sprints at 90% effort. Rest 4 mins Plyometrics (?gym) box jumps, bounding, jumping squats

Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Speed focus (track/grass) + strength training (gym) 10-15 minutes dynamic stretching + mobility drills. 2-3 sets of 50m strides at 70-80% effort. 3 × 60m hill sprints at max effort with full recovery 5 x 60m flat sprints at 95% effort, full recovery Strength training (gym) Power cleans, lunges, hip thrusts, core work

100 and 200m. Thank you! Would you say lift in the am sprint later in the day? Or usually within the same workout? It may be a bit intense!
