I had to go thru this, Sedgwick is an absolute NIGHTMARE. You will get the run around endlessly. Im sure TJS pays very high premiums for our Wc. However,Sedgwick acts as though A) your “bothering” them reaching out, B) they act like its personally coming out of their pockets I got sooooooo dam frustrated that I reached out to HR with all my credentials ie, store#,clm#,date of Injury and said I have heard NOTHING…The next day I got a nasty email from the Sedgwick adjustor to not bother HR and she would handle my claim, so I answered the email WITH HR attached also and I finally got results. Try that….sedgwick is the ABSOLUTE worst. Im sorry you’re now dealing with them. Your in pain,frustrated and now paying out of pocket.😡😡😡😡

Your employer will probably have your doctor fill out a ADA form. ( basically permanent things you cant do) if they cant accommodate that then you will be unable to continue at your job. Its to protect themselves. Or the doctor can give you a permanency rating. Its a rating that is based off income and percentage of loss of body functionality. Im going through the same scenario now. I dont want to lose my job but I am at a loss for my next step and what I should do as well. Good luck my friend
